chrispb123456 Posted October 9, 2012 Report Posted October 9, 2012 Not sure what you mean by pressure regulating valve. Could you mean EGR valve, this sits on top at the back of the engine, there is a small hole where oil escapes from when the valve is worn. The valve does not come apart so will need replacing if the leak is to bad. Quote

chrispb123456 Posted October 11, 2012 Report Posted October 11, 2012 Ah ha for some reason thought you had a Mk2, are the hoses in good condition? not collapsed or blocked is the actual valve leaking or are the pipes a loose fit causing a leak.Hopefully not excess crankcase pressure Quote
